Sometimes the explanation is simply inherited anatomy.
Some people naturally have:
Thinner skin
Larger superficial veins
Veins positioned closer to the skin
Less fat over the hands
If your parents or siblings have very visible hand veins, there is a good chance you may have them too.
If they have looked similar for years and you have no other symptoms, they are usually a normal variation.
