20-30 drops of our favorite essential oil

1 plastic bottle, at least 5 liters

Preparation:

1. Mix the water,

the baking soda and apple cider vinegar. It’ll foam a little, but that’s natural.

2. Add the essential oil to the mixture. Pour into the bottle and shake well.

3. For each wash, use about 50 ml of this mixture. Shake before each use.
